Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your order from FashionEthic.com. But we know sometimes garments just don't fit the way you want, or the color doesn't match the way you wish it would. To make the return and exchange process as painless as possible, we have instituted the following policies:

Requesting An RMA for Returns or Exhanges

All Returns and Exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. To receive your RMA, simply email returns@fashionethic.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. RMA requests must be received within 14 days of delivery of your original order.

All Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of the RMA.

All items for return and/or exchange must be returned in the same condition as they were sent; tags must be attached and the item must be packaged securely to avoid water damage or breakage. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not accepted for return or exchange.

Returns on items outside of the 14 day window will be accepted only at the discretion of Fashion Ethic and can only be refunded as a Store Credit.

Free Exchange Shipping
We do not refund original shipping costs, but we can offer one Free Size Exchange for regular priced merchandise being exchanged.

In order to be credited $5 for your return shipping, items for exchange must be mailed back using USPS Priority Shipping within 5 days of receipt of the RMA.

Shipping charges on Exchanges of Sale Items and Final Sale merchandise are not refunded.

Items Not Eligible for Return
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following items for return: jewelry, opened cosmetics, food items, Final Sale and Special Order merchandise.
