Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order from FashionEthic.com. But we know sometimes garments just don't fit the way you want, or the color doesn't match the way you wish it would. To make the return and exchange process as painless as possible, we have instituted the following policies:

All Returns and Exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. To receive your RMA, simply email returns@fashionethic.com. RMA requests must be received within 14 days of delivery of your original order. To be eligible for free return shipping, RMA requests must be received within 5 days of delivery.

All Returns and Exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of receipt of the RMA.

All items for return and/or exchange must be returned in the same condition as they were sent; tags must be attached and the item must be packaged securely to avoid water damage or breakage. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not accepted for return or exchange.

Returns on items outside of the 14 day window will be accepted only at the discretion of Fashion Ethic and can only be refunded as a Store Credit.

Shipping Costs
We do not refund original shipping costs (if any), but we can offer Free Shipping on eligible returns.
We also offer one Free Size Exchange for regular priced merchandise.

Shipping charges on Returns and Exchanges of Sale Items, Final Sales, Special Orders, and Regular Priced Merchandise RMAs requested between 5 and 14 days of delivery are not refunded.

Return Regular Priced Merchandise
Free Return Shipping service if you email us for your RMA within 5 days of delivery.

Exchange Regular Priced Merchandise
One free Size Exchange if you email us for your RMA within 5 days of delivery.
